LCI’s Executive Advising & Mentoring service ensures that your executives will never have to make a decision without being fully informed.

This service is designed to allow executives to access to our team on an on-call or as-needed basis. In addition, LCI works with executives to develop professional development plans and ensure that they have the support to continually grow and better serve their community.

We base our executive mentorship and training on developing the skills to work in an intra-cultural space where it is necessary to identify and do justice to both cultural protocols and values and the best practices in government administration.

LCI provides Leadership coaching to new and long-standing administrative leaders on the best practices and lessons learned from decades of administrative leadership and government administration.

Led by Dr. Barney Williams, James Edwards, and Ted Adnitt, our executive mentorship program puts their combined 120 years of professional work experience in your hands. We have developed a suite of guides, training workshops, resources, tools, and exercises.

LCI’s unique approach, based on our significant in-community experience, allows our team to focus on the unique areas of importance to your community.  We look for and address the underlying concerns that cause, providing new skills and knowledge to deal with the toughest challenges facing the administration.
