Key Deliverables
Initial review and assessment of the current context of professional capacity and organizational needs
Prioritization and management plan with a focus on departments or individual
Meeting with appropriate managers and/or employees and setting up a learning and resources environment
Establishing a plan of training, support, and performance measures for those involved
Deliver key training on Lateral Kindness, understanding of values-based decision making, and professional expectations
Deliver additional training as identified and required
Monitor performance and provide a report to management with any further recommendations
Provide ongoing training, support, and assistance as desired
